Competition: Saturday, July 13, 10:30 a.m.

Awards: 1st-3rd place trophies awarded in each weight class and division

Weight Classes: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, SHW
Divisions: Special High School Division (13-15, 16-18), Open, Masters (40+), Police, Fire & Corrections (All divisions for both men and women)

Rules: All standard rules apply. You may enter either the bench press or the dead lift competition, or both. Each is a separate competition with separate entry fees and awards

*2-Man, 2-Woman, Man-Woman Dead lift event held in conjunction with dead lift competition*

Entry Fee: $25 per entry or $30 for both bench press and deadlift
STUDENT ENTRY FEE: $20 for both bench press & deadlift & includes a T-shirt
