2012 Morgan County Fair Merchant Building Booth Space

The Merchant Building is 216 feet long; a metal building with full concrete floor and adequate lighting.

Space in the Merchant Building is based on 8' frontage and 12' depth. Space prices for display purposes are $50.00 per space. Booth occupants selling and delivering merchandise on the premises will be subject to a $90.00 fee per space.

Included with each space is 110-volt electricity. You will receive 2 passes per space when you check in at the Fair Office.

The building will be unlocked at 4p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; at 1p.m. on Sunday and will remain open until 10:00p.m. On Sunday, we ask that you stay until 6:00p.m.

No car or truck will be permitted to park, other than for delivery service, in any area not designated as a parking area. There will be no such space adjacent to the Merchant Building. No vehicles will be permitted inside the building during Exhibit Hours.

No blocking of aisles or loud noises will be permitted. Normal use of music, etc. is not considered unusual.

All trash will be pushed into aisles at closing of exhibit nightly. The Fair Association will be responsible for sweeping aisles only prior to opening hour each day.

No advertising will be displayed outside of exhibit area.
