SPECIAL EVENT - MORGAN CO. FAIR 

Join us for a free special presentation on preserving and utilizing herbs and flowers.  Presented by Penny Moore-Garner, owner of The Simple Heart Of Life in rural Bluffs.

Penny will demonstrate simple techniques for preserving flowers and botanicals commonly found in backyards. Watch her create a unique wreath using herbs, flowers and weeds from her herb and pollinator gardens! Held in the air-conditioned 4-H Building on the southeast corner of the Fairgrounds. 

Penny holds hands-on workshops, creates herbal soaps and provides guidance and inspiration on herb growing and uses.
