My 11-year journey in 4-H has been an incredible experience that has fundamentally shaped who I am today. I’ve enthusiastically tackled a diverse set of projects, including showing poultry and swine, growing vegetables, and working with my hands in both woodworking and pedal tractor restoration. I also had the privilege of leading my peers as club President and Vice President. A graduate of Jacksonville High School in 2025, I have since attended Lincoln Land Community College and am now planning my transfer to the University of Illinois Springfield to major in Sports Management. The lessons learned and skills gained in 4-H are invaluable and will stay with me for a lifetime.
