While the demolition derby takes over the Grandstand, the Fair Pavilion becomes a 90s revival with music by Sushi Roll! Founded by music industry vets and fronted by two of the most mesmerizing young lead singer's in Chicago, Sushi Roll is made up of one part driving rock band, one part light-hearted pop, and one part over-the-top theatrical verve.  

The night kicks off with a game of Singo - musical bingo at 6:00 pm!
