The Morgan County Fair Beef Show includes single entry, pair and group classes for five breed categories of breeding stock. The market beef show includes commercial replacement heifer, market steer and market heifer classes. Market entries will be weighed to determine the class they are exhibited in.

Important Dates for Beef Exhibitors:
- Thursday, July 9: animals in place by 10:00 am
- Thursday, July 9: health papers checked at 7:00 pm
- Thursday, July 9: weigh-in at 5:00 pm
- Saturday, July 11: judging begins at 8:00 am
- Animals released following conclusion of the Beef Show
